(Building I - 516 W. Hale St. units 101 & 201) **PLAN MODIFICATION 4/17/2009** This project is NOW to convert an existing two bedroom, one bathroom, two story apartment unit into (2) one bedroom, one bathroom units. Work to include: Minor demolition, new non-load bearing partitions, electrical modifications, paint and floor finishes, new automatic fire sprinkler system installed throughout in accordance with NFPA 13R, new bathroom (first floor unit), new kitchenette (second floor unit), and a sixteen square foot addition for the fire riser room will be added to the building. A phased upgrade agreement is approved and attached for the automatic sprinkler system improvements. All other alterations related to this building are permitted under BLD09-00508, and BLD09-00509, BLD09-00510, BLD09-00511. All work per approved plan modification plans and attached plan review report. The occupant load calculated under this permit is only for the units being remodeled/added.
