Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a warming kitchenette, about 20 lineal feet of exterior wall, a wood floor constructed over an existing concrete slab, a 60 square foot concrete slab on grade, a new membrane roof covering, new exterior doors, new exterior windows, and interior finishes. Structural work includes upgrading the building's lateral force resisting system (shear walls, roof diaphragm, straps, hold downs, foundation bolts, etc.), installing beams to support the roof where interior walls will be removed, constructing built up columns, and placing an interior concrete footing.
