The addition will entail the infill below an existing eve overhang with new footings and foundation to frost depth. Due to the small nature of this project (8 l. ft. of concrete foundation and minor earth work an ESC permit is not required. R-3 setbacks ok per Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical permit is required. All per the approved plans as marked energy compliance by component method along with the plan review notes. pep
