This permit is for the construction of a new two story duplex addressed at 3879 & 3881 N Jackie Lane. The floor plans for each unit are identical with 482 square feet on the main story with one bathroom and an attached garage of 285 square feet. The second story is 541 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The separation wall will be built to meet gypsum file number WP 3380 with a draftstop constructed above the ceiling in the garage and above the second story ceiling. There are covered rooms on the exterior on each side of the building that equal 56 square feet and covered front porches on each side of 25 square feet. The side setbacks are set at five feet and the roof eaves that project beyond that will be protected to one hour on the underneath side per the detail on the plans.
