This permit is for the remodel of an existing kitchen in a single family dwelling. Extent of work to include removal of two walls, relocating existing stove and refridgerator, adding an island, extending counter and cabinets on the east wall, removaing cabinets as needed on north wall. Mechanical work to be limited to installing a hood over stove and venting to the east. Plumbing work to include adding a prep sink on the island and venting. Work will also include a new floor and new countertops. A separate electrical and mechanical permit is required. R-2HD zoning district and building setbacks per Planning and Zoning.
