Description
This project is for the repair of extensive fire damage to one dwelling unit of an existing duplex. This address has had all of the ceiling and wall finishes removed along with the insulation. The other unit of the duplex will have smoke damage repair only. There is to be 5/8 type X drywall in the the burned out unit on the dwelling unit separation wall along with a drat stop in the attic area separating the attics in line with this wal per R317.1 . Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. R-1CH ok per Mathew Halitsky. The energy code will be met by using the prescriptive path # 1. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
