Description
This permit is to finish construction of a new two story single family dwelling. The foundation and utilities were previously installed under BLD06-00668 and have been inspected by a third party engineer (letter provided) and approved for use. The main story is 1210 square feet with one bedroom and two bathrooms as well as an attached garage of 512 square feet. The second story is 445 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The side setbacks are at three feet which requires those walls built within five feet to be a one hour rated wall built per Gypsum file WP3661 as noted on plans. The trusses that bear on this wall will have three inches of solid blocking between to continue the rating up to the roof deck. THE PERMIT HOLDER is responsible to comply with section R602.10 for wall bracing or build to an engineered design. R-1C zoning district and building setbacks per Planning and Zoning. Built per all approved plans, red lining, plan review report and foundation approved per letter from engineer. (BSP)
