This permit is for the construction of a new two story single family dwelling. The main level is a total of 1127square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom. The second story is 548 square feet with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The front patio is 28 square feet and the back porch is 72 square feet. The walls set to four feet off the property line will be built to meet IBC provisions for a one hour exterior wall per table 720.1(2) item 15-1.1. The eaves that extend to within five feet of the property line will be built to a one hour rating on the underneath side per the detail on the plans. THE PERMIT HOLDER is responsible to comply with wall bracing per section R602.10 or build to an engineered design. The room underneath the stairs will be a closet not a bathroom.
