Description |
This permit is for the construction of a new single level single family dwelling with an attached garage. The attached garage is 462 square feet and the living space is 1699 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The side setbacks are five feet and the house is set at six feet off of the property line with roof projections no longer than one foot. If longer eaves are used they will be rated to one hour on the underneath side with two layers of 5/8 gypsum. THE PERMIT HOLDER is responsible to comply with section R602.10 for wall bracing or build to an engineered design. R-1C zoning district and building setbacks per Planning and Zoning.
