Michael from Capital City called and said that him and the owner had a falling out and they are no longer doing the job but the owner has already hired someone else and they have begun work under Capital City''s permit. Michael wants the job tagged until the GC is changed on the permit. We need letter stating Capital City is not doing the job and the new GCs info.
