This interior remodel project is to include the reconfiguration of the basement bathroom and the laundry area adjacent to same. The kitchen and bathroom on the main level will also be reconfigured along with select interior partition work to allow for these changes. The kitchen window will be shifted as necessary to center with new kitchen layout. Select basement outer walls will be opened up and insulation added.
