This project is for the enclosure of an existing 115s.f. concrete patio at the rear of an existing single family dwelling. The area will be accessed from the family room by an existing sliding glass door. Another sliding glass door will be installed on the rear wall of the enclosure also. Insulation will be used for frost protection and the footing for the existing bearing post will be confirmed by the structural inspector frost depth. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll.
