This permit will separate that tenant space into two separate tenant spaces, MMC will be 2,645 square feet and the remaining 3,218 square foot will be a vanilla finish requiring future permits to occupy. Work to include: construction of a full height tenant demising wall (16 inch o.c. metal stud - 5/8ths on either side), construction of partition wall to ceiling with in an office to create two offices (16 inch o.c. metal stud - 5/8ths on either side) and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC.
