(THE FALCON TAVERN) This building is fire sprinklered with sprinkler used as a substitute for one hour resistance. For minor tenant improvements to an existing restaurant previously occupied by Satchels Grill. Work in the space will consist of the modification of the front bar counter, installation of a small walk i-in cooler and the placement of restaurant equipment. The existing lighting will be used with no additional fixtures installed. The new equipment will be placed so that it may be attached to the existing plumbing supply and waste lines. The east wall and floor were constructed as one hour assemblies and shall be maintained. The existing hood and ducting will be reused and maintain it's original location. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING, ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 13 AS REGULATED BY THE CITY OF BOISE FIRE DEPARTMENT. CDM
