Life safety passed

Repair the two existing exit signs and provide the additional exit sign as shown on the approved plans. All other items are ok. Per Bob Archibald the three thumbturn dead bolts between the warehouse and the showroom/office areas are ok to remain.

Exit signs and EM lighting at three locations are not functional, fire extinguishers have been serviced but need to be mounted on the wall when painting is completed including the 1st and 2nd levels, electrical junction boxes at various locations are uncovered, floor plan provided does not match actual layout, a racking permit will be required for storage over 8' - racking moved into the warehouse may not be used prior to approval.
