Work to include: demolition of existing set of stairs, construction of a new compliant set of stairs, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. This permit is not being issued a C of O (no change in occupant load or use). It is understood by the applicants that because the county did not have plans on file for this project we will require at minimum a floor plan at any (more involved) remodels so that we can evaluate the building as a whole for compliance. This means there is a possibility that there will be required upgrades at any furture remodel or addition. **TLW**
