SummerWind Elementary- For minor interior improvements to an existing building with work to include the addition of a new E.R.R. restroom for special needs children and the addition of a swing structure attached to the roof truss system for use with special need children. Approximately 23 lineal feet of new interior non-bearing partition walll will be constructed for the new accessible restroom. Restroom amenities will include all required fixtures including grab bars. A treatment table will also be installed in the new restroom. All work to be done per the approved plans. CDM
