This project begins with the razing of an existing 160s.f. detached accessory structure; then a 2-story addition including 643s.f. of living space and a 576s.f. attached 2-car garage to an existing 2456s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. There will be an addition of 211s.f. to the dwelling main floor to create a new master suite. The master suite will have a code complying stair to 432a.f. of upper level bonus room.
