(Evergreen Plaza North End Concrete Footings / Sidewalk) Evergreen Plaza, LLC, proceeds at their own risk, with no guarantee that future permits for proposed canopy or openings in existing 2-hour fire wall will be issued. In the event that: (1) structural corrections are required of the concrete footings / piers / anchor bolts being installed under this permit, based on future submitted engineering design for proposed canopy and openings in the existing 2-hour fire wall, require demolition and replacement; or (2) the property exchange does not happen and work done under this permit requires removal; Evergreen Plaza, LLC, will be responsible for removing any structure that have been constructed or installed. Scope of work includes preparation and pouring of seven (7) reinforced concrete footing / piers / anchor bolts with concrete sidewalk from existing north wall, over the footings to a point 15 feet north of the existing wall. The sidewalk will extend the entire length of the existing north wall. A protective wood cap will be placed over the bolts and painted yellow to warn of tripping hazard. There will be no construction beyond this point under this permit.
