Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create three new offices and one new conference room, installation of new lighting, installation of new suspended grid ceiling, installation of new doors and hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. The exit access is threw the new conference room, however, per 1014.2 this is allowed. All exit access doors shall not have locking hardware to ensure access to exits at all times. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.**TLW**
