After the expansion, the tenant space will have a total floor area of about 7,780 square feet. Work is to include a single user restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, openings in existing nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This space has existing 2-hour rated fire walls on the West and East sides of the space.
