One of the existing common restrooms will be increased in size to provide an accessible restroom. Costruction of this restroom will require the removal of approximately 8 lineal feet of bearing wall and repacing the supporting construction with new beams. Work will also include the demolition of a section of exterior sidewalk replacing it with new steps, acessible ramp and handrails.
