Work to include select demolition of existing walls to provide room for 380 sq. ft. expansion of floor area; modification of existing structural supports and installation of new structural supports to carry the expanded floor area and the new HVAC equipment; to reconstruct the exterior walls surrounding the expansion; modification and upgrade of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems to accomodate the new expansion.
