Marilyn Please call 15 min before going out Phone #: ###-#### x231. Provide sticker above door to read "These doors to remain unlocked while building is occupied." Remove thumbturn and manual flushbolts from main entry/exit and provide approved hardware. Remove thumb turn and manual flush bolts from second set of doors at main entry or remove doors. Provide lever type hardware on both exit doors from warehouse, and remove manual flush bolt and provide automatic flush bolt on front exit from warehouse. Provide exterior landing from rear exit of warehouse. c/n issued.

Provide single action hardware on both of the warehouse exit doors. Repair the exit sign and provide emergency lighting at the north warehouse exit door. Mount the fire extinguisher that is located in the front office. Apply for a racking storage permit.
