(Apartment Fire Repair) - To repair fire damage to an existing five-plex apartment building including units Four and Five of building #5. Unit number five is a complete rebuild to pre-fire condition. Unit number four has been stripped down to framing. All new and replacement drywall at the dwelling unit separation walls shall be of 5/8" type X drywall on each side and be constructed continuous to the roof deck. The installation of smoke alarms in each unit is required and be installed per chapter 9 of the 2006 IBC. All construction shall be per chapter 39 of the 2006 IBC, the approved plans, engineering, attached plan review report, and the structural inspectors approval. **SRZ**
