The garage will also have an addition of 120s.f. along with the remodel of the garage front. There is to be a new covered patio at the south east side of the dwelling. R-1C ok per CVA09-00015 By Sue Cummings. The roof shingles; exterior siding and stonework will also be added. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
