The building shell was constructed under permit BLD08-01078. Each dining room will have an occupant load less than 50. Work is to include 2 public restrooms accessible to the disabled, 1 employee restroom accessible to the disabled, a commercial kitchen, grease hood and duct, interior nonbearing walls, and finishes. Foam plastic is required to be separated from the interior of the building by an approved thermal barrier per 2006 IBC Section 2603.4 OR a proposed foam plastic assembly shall have passed a large-scale test per 2006 IBC Section 2603.9.
