(North Junior High School - Bleachers) Work includes installation of 4-banks of telescoping bleacher seating. Two banks are 7 rows high and two banks are 6 rows high. Total seating is 682 W/ 10 removable seating areas in the front rows (5 each side of gym) for wheelchair accessibility compliance. Special Inspection is required for anchoring using Titen HD Screws, ESR-2713, and a 'Certificate of Compliance' from Interkal as an approved fabricator per section 1704.2.2, 2006 IBC, is to be provided to the structural inspector before or at time of final inspection. See attached plan review report for specific bleacher standard requirements per the 2006 IBC; 2002 ICC-300 & ASCE 7-05. The attached plan reviews are considered a part of the approved plans requiring compliance. Accessible route and exiting, emergency illumination and door and hardware requirments for the gymasium were reviewed and approved under BLD08-01972. drs
