This project is for the interior remodel of an existing 1375s.f. 1-story single family dwelling that is to include the reconfiguration of the kitchen and bathroom areas. This will require interior partition work to allow for these changes. There will be an outside beam upgrade to the patio cover and the construction of a new free standing 100s.f. patio / shade cover over the existing entry of a single family dwelling.
