This project is for the remodel of the kitchen area of an existing single family dwelling in the R-1B zone approved by Colleen Carroll. The project is to include the removal of al cabinets and the firred down ceiling. The window at the kitchen sink will be enlarged and a new header installed. There will be some floor covering removed and tile replacement. New cabinets; countertops; recessed lighting appliances etc all existing plumbing and mechanical vents will be re-used. . Separate electrical and plumbing permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
