This remodel project is to include the removal of select interior partitions in the living/dinging/kitchen area. the project will include the removal of the existing basement stair creating new closet spaces on the main and lower levels with the new stair location to be from the living room to the lower level family room. there will be a new egress window installed from the rear basement bedroom also.
