(HEWLETT PACKARD BLDG 3)(E-CLUB) Remodel work of a 4,660 sq. ft. area on the existing 76,450 sq. ft. 2nd level of HP Building #3, per approved plans. Work to include select interior demolition; construction of interior non-bearing walls to create the E-Club area made up of 6 Focus Rooms, a Pantry, Cafe, Touchdown areas and 3 Team Areas to serve the second level occupants. To construct three accessible ramps to the new area; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems as needed for the remodeled area. Install new interior finishes, millwork, glazing, doors and hardware; install suspended ceiling systems and equipment in pantry. This scope of work will not increase the existing floor area, change the existing occupant load or the existing occupancy use group. drs
