LUKES)(TEEN ACTIVITY ROOM - 4TH FLOOR) Remodel to a 160 sq. ft. area of an existing family seating area, for a new activity teen room on the 4th floor of existing hospital building per approved plans. Work to include select interior demolition; installation of hard ceiling with adhered ceiling tile finish; install glass storefront wall between family seating & teen room, with a sliding / breakaway access/egress door. The teen room is fully accessible. Upgrade electrical, mechanical, sprinkler & alarms systems per current adopted codes and ordinances. This scope of work will not increase the occupant load, change occupancy use group or type of construction. A letter of completion is required for this project. All per reviewed plans, review comments added to plans and all attached plan review conditions / comments as part of the reviewed plans. drs
