This project is for the remodel of an existing structure that includes placing approximately 50l.f. of interior non bearing partitions to create 5-new bedrooms and an accessible bathroom shower area. This building was converted from a single family dwelling to a business through X-REF DRH07-00535, DRH05-00366, CVA06-00005, CUP06-00023, CUP05-00118, and CUP01-00104. Since the approval of CAA09-00115 by Joshua Wilson in the L-OD zone for this remodel the owner has requested in writing that the occupancy group be changed back to a single family dwelling. This request for occupancy change is to meet the requirements of Building Division Policy addressing 2006 International Building Code Section: 310.1 (R-4 occupancy). Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
