Homeowner mentioned that Marvs insulation did the work and that they were to have scheduled an inspection, but apparently never did. Noted that interior finish has been installed. Also noted that Homeowner had an energystar inspector inspect the insulation prior to cover. Noted to homeowner to get a letter from energy star inspector stating that the in place work met the rescheck requirements on approved plans. this would be accepted in leiu of the missed enrgy code inspection.
