There is to be a new 2nd exterior door (n/a CZC review by Scott Spjute and Sarah Shafer) on the east side of this space with exit signage; a new high low drinking fountain and floor finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
