This permit is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling with work to include the addition of approximately 36 sq. ft. of living space and misc. interior remodel including the relocation of the laundry room. A new gluelam beam will be added to replace an existing beam between the kitchen and dinning areas. Separate plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits are required.
