Required exits, existing structural elements, fire protection devices and sanitary safeguards shall be maintained at all times during remodeling, alterations, repairs or additions, or adequate substitute provisions shall be made. Waste materials shall be removed in a manner which prevents injury or damage to persons, adjoining properties and public rights-of-way. THIS IS A DEMO PERMIT ONLY, NEW PERMANENT CONSTRUCTION WILL BE PERFORMED UNDER SEPARATE PERMITS. EROSION SEDIMENT CONTROL WILL BE PERFORMED UNDER ESC09-00554.
