The select partitions are to create a 1200s.f. separate vanilla shell space with an accessible unisex bathroom. BE ADVISED THAT AN A-2 OCCUPANCY IS NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT AN AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. Separate Occupancy request is required to occupy this new space.
