Description |
(VANILLA FINISH) To construct an 1,890 sq. ft. vanilla finish space in an existing building per approved plans. No occupancy allowed under this permit. A separate application, plans & permit are required for a T.I. build-out and for future tenant to occupy the space. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase but exists as over allowable area per previous approvals. Scope of work includes: 1) install two new storefront aluminum exit doors, 2) construct tenant demising wall with side toward this space being left unfinished, 3) framing of mens and womens restroom walls and janitor room walls, no finish on either side of walls, 4) install FSK vinyl scrim over existing roof insulation & facing, 5) telephone board and electrical sub-panel for future data, outlets, lights, etc.; 6) rough-in plumbing for future waterclosets, lavatories, janitor sink and water heater; 7) interior overhead water service in space; 8) modify existing fire sprinkler system as required and ; 9) modify existing fire alarm system and accomodate this VANILLA space on the existing Annunciation Panel in the Mall portion of the main building. Occupancy use group and occupant load will be determined at time of submittal for tenant improvement. A Certificate of Compliance shall be issued when final approval by all required inspection agencies has been documented. drs
