(FOOTING, FOUNDATION & PIERS) Scope of work includes excavation, forming, steel reinforcing placement, pouring of concrete and placement of anchor bolts for 12.75 foot square by 2 foot deep concrete foundation with four 1.33 foot square piers and four additional 2.5 foot square footings with 1.33 foot square reinfirced concrete piers, for support of a future clock tower, in accordance with reviewed plans. SPECIAL INSPECTION IS REQUIRED SOILS EVALUATION AND CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION (REINFORCEMENT, BOLT PLACEMENT, DESIGN MIX & SPECIMENS SAMPLE FOR SLUMP, AIR CONTENT & STRENGTH). Scope of work shall not proceed beyond the structural reinforced concrete foundations. Clock tower will be under separate application, plans & permits.
