(VANILLA FINISH) To remove a 2,421 sq. ft. portion of the original 30,072 sq. ft. JoAnn,s Fabric to create a "vanilla finish" future tenant space per approved plans. This permit is being done in conjunction with BLD09-01819 and will be attached to the same set of plans. See Sheet A1-V for floor plan. Work to include securing existing roof insulation in place so as not to obstruct sprinkler heads and installing FSK facing over existing exposed paper facing of insulation; changing out ballasts / lamps / and controls for energy code compliance; relocation of existing supply / return HVAC diffusers; and modification of fire sprinkler & alarm systems as necessary to maintain code compliance with 2006 IFC and NFPA 13 / NFPA 72. Previous work constructing a partial wall with new 3'-0" x 7'-0" access / egress door to this space and infill of four (4) previous doors serving this space were done as part of Tiffany's Scrapbooking T.I., BLD09-01819. This future tenant area is made up of three rooms, #101, #102 & #103 per plans. NO TENANT, OCCUPANCY USE OR OCCUPANT LOAD IS ESTABLISHED UNDER THIS PERMIT. Separate application, plans and permits to establish code requirements for the future tenant and issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy is required. A Certificate of Compliance is required with final approval of this scope of work permit. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The building exists as over allowable area. There is an alternate approval on file concerning breaking the building up into two fire areas and an Upgrade Agreement on file concerning fixing some sagging insulation and the paper backing on the insulation over a three year period. drs
