This project is for the 296s.f. 1-story addition to an existing 2363s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The project is to include the removal of the existing basement stair and relocating it to the location under the existing upper level stair. the addition will be used for a new kitchen area and the old stair location will be infilled and used for a pantry area.
