Scope of work under this permit: Construct & brace, non-combustible walls to create two new private offices a conference room and open office cubicles per plan around the existing building core area. Relocate existing light fixtures & mechanical diffusers; add lighting reduction controls for new rooms to comply with energy code; modify electrical, mechanical, fire sprinkler and alarm systems as needed for new floor plan layout; interior wall & floor finishes; existing suspended ceiling to remain with repair as needed where walls were removed or added. Occupancy of this tenant space is contingent on final approval of the building permit and receipt of a signed "Upgrade Agreement" between the building owner and Boise City Building Official & Fire Marshall. Upgrade of the existing stair enclosures and fire door assemblies will be under separate application, plans and permit. Separate application, plans and permits are required before any modifications to fire sprinkler and alarm system. NOTE: Sprinkler system was used as substitution for 1-hour construction. drs
