Work to includes installation of steel support components across the new openings as headers; removal of CMU below the headers; adding to existing footings to support tube steel columns & beams; furr out a facade around the new entry, insulate , cover with dens-glass and finish with EIFS system; upgrade of electrical throughout the building sales / display areas and new interior finishes as indicated on plans.
