This project is for the construction of a new 1260s.f. detached accessory building approve through CZC09-00185 by David Moser. The structure will have a 300s.f. ( + - ) attic storage space created by using attic/bonus trusses over the main garage area. This space is accesses only by a ceiling scuttle. The shop area will also have a water closet room with a vanity sink. (Tub or shower not allowed without approval for an Accessory Dwelling Unit) Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical and ESC permits are required.
