NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building was originally built in 1970 in the City of Boise, however, the original permit cannot be found. In 1983 Dutch Oven remodel the majority of the space to be a restaurant. The previous tenants of this space appear to have been Vacuum retail shops all the way back till date of construction.
