(A MIND'S EYE BODY ART)(SUITE #116) Remodel combining two previous established tenant spaces (952 sq. ft space & 500 sq. ft. space) to create one new 1,452 sq. ft. tenant space for use as a tattoo parlor in the basement of an existing building per approved plans. Work to include: remove 4 feet of an existing non-bearing wall to create an opening between new office and reception area; remove 11 feet of an existing non-bearing wall to create an opening between waiting and tattoo room, remove existing door hardware on the previous tenant entry door and fix into place w/ wood stops; install new door with lever hardware in the existing wall opening between new office and tattoo room; and install new lever locking hardware on the existing tenant entry door. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
