This project is for the repair and replacement of structural elements of the roof and front covered porch area. The roof on the north side will be torn off and replaced as the roof members are replaced. The rest of the roof covering and sheathing will be repaired. R-1CH ok per DRH09-00316 by Mathew Halitsky. Separate permits are required for the repair and remodel of the interior of this structure. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
