This project is for the construction of a new 2511s.f. 2-story single family dwelling with 1808s.f. on the main level and 703s.f. on the upper level. There is to be a main stair with a cable rail design and all engineering for same is to be followed to the letter. There is to be a new detached 2-car garage constructed under BLD10-00069 all with R-1CH zoning approval through DRH09-00276 by Mathew Halitsky. (Architectural issues with the building code required 1-hour protected projections on the south elevation are to be approved by planning.
